I previously worked as an independent business contractor for Millidine's Salon and Day Spa. In 2017, I relocated to 1871 Slaughter Rd Suite A, Madison, AL 35758. In 2020 I relocated to Huntsville, AL to be closer to home and family. As of 3/1/2022 we will relocate to 3313 Memorial Parkway SW Suite 111 Huntsville, AL 35801. We do not have a receptionist, therefore I ask you schedule your appointment online. Our front door entrance remains locked during business hours while in session with clients to ensure privacy and safety. Please do not arrive for your appointment more than (5) minutes early. To respect the privacy of other clients who may still be inside upon your arrival, I ask you please wait in your vehicle until I call you inside for your session. Once you are called back for your session there is a restroom available for your use prior to your session. Please use the 'BOOK NOW' button above to schedule your appointment. If you have any problems using the system or need assistance with booking, please call or text (256) 783-2430 and I will respond as soon as I am able. I no longer schedule appointments over the telephone or via text message/email. If I am with a client I am unable to answer, so please leave a message and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. All sessions require an appointment, we do NOT accept walk-ins. We are typically open between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
